Free School Meals

For students eligible for free school meals, parents can collect these from Café Aspens via the Sixth Form College entrance, on Mondays only. These packs will be available from the Academy between 11:00am and 12:00 noon. If at all possible it would be appreciated if parents could bring a suitable bag to transport the food home.

Whilst collecting these please observe social distancing measures and maintain at least 2 metres distance between yourself and others.

Beware Of Scam Emails

We have been asked to warn parents about scam emails regarding free school meal vouchers. These are fake. Do not give bank details via links in emails. Aspens, our caterer, are providing packed lunches for collection at the Academy, not vouchers.

IT Support

If you require support accessing remote learning resources please email:

itsupportmat@tollbarmat.org

Please note that the staff responding to these queries are only able to assist with technical issues logging in to resources provided for the pupils by the Academy.

Tollbar Academy

On this website you will discover just some of the reasons why Tollbar Academy remains so popular and why more and more students are taking up the many exciting opportunities that Tollbar provides at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and at 6th Form.

One thing you will notice is that Tollbar Academy never stands still. We are constantly developing, providing outstanding education and resources and a personalised curriculum for every individual. All students, whatever their ability, are supported both academically and pastorally so they each achieve their full potential.

Starting at a new school can be a daunting prospect, so our pastoral staff and the other students in the Houses support new students to settle in quickly. Our behaviour policy is strictly implemented, each student knows what is expected of them and this ensures that everyone is safe in our care.

We work hard to help all our students to achieve academically and to be responsible citizens in the community. We have high expectations and demand high standards so that everyone is working together for the same goal. This is our ethos; hard work, good behaviour, responsibility and consideration of others. If you share our values, we invite you to join us and be part of our continuing success.
