Dear Parent/Carer

Year 11 Senior Prom 2019

The Senior Prom will be held at the Forest Pines Hotel in Broughton, on the evening of Friday 5 July 2019. If your son/daughter would like to attend the Prom, both yourself and your son/daughter will need to sign and return the reply slip overleaf together with payment for the full amount of £40. The cost of the ticket includes a meal and a variety of entertainment on the evening. Please let me know if your son/daughter has any special dietary requirements. Tickets will be on sale on Thursday 4 April 2019 between 12:50pm and 1:30pm from the Brown Gym.

There will be an official photographer available on the evening and further details of how to order photographs will be sent to you at a later date.

The Academy reserves the right to refuse to sell a ticket to any student or to withdraw a previously issued ticket and give a full refund.

The following terms and conditions for the Prom will keep the event a safe, memorable and enjoyable evening for all. I hope you can support us with these measures so we can safeguard the future of the event for Year 11.

These must be worn with black socks and black shoes.

A lounge suit/morning suit is not acceptable for the men.

Yours faithfully
