Tollbar Academy Year 10 Geography students visited Hull to see how the regeneration of St Stephen's shopping centre has had an impact on the City Centre. Students focused on land value, the number of passing pedestrians, traffic pollution, scoring the environmental quality and sketching key areas.

Teacher Dean Evison said: "Getting out into the community allows the students to put their classroom learning into practice and gives them a greater understanding of the impact on the environment. This was a really worthwhile project for the GCSE students."
