Our Equality Objectives;

1. To maintain our non-discriminatory approach to the recruitment, employment and day to day management of staff, including;
1. Making reasonable adjustments to working conditions for disabled staff e.g. car parking, equipment, rooming, timetable etc.
2. To support the progress of students with protected characteristics by providing;
   1. Disabled access arrangements
   2. Adapted toilet facilities
   3. Adapted timetables
   4. Appropriate equipment as budgets allow
   5. Counselling as required
